Thank you, for supporting low-income seniors at the
Second Annual Harvest Party!

Atterdag Village held its second annual Harvest Party Fundraiser to expand its community focus and continue providing financial scholarships to low-income seniors for Atterdag Village Independent Living housing, meals, and care. This year, Atterdag Village expanded the scholarship program to include services off campus to our local low-income, home-bound seniors in the community. All reports indicate it was a huge success.

The event, held on September 23 at the stunningly beautiful Duck Club Santa Ynez Valley, began with music by David Segall, entertaining guests while they socialized, enjoyed local wine and beer, and perused the fantastic silent auction. A delicious dinner of wood-fired pizzas and salads provided by Fire Brick Pizza was followed by an entertaining and profitable live and dessert auction called by John Glines.

With the sun setting to the west and the full moon rising in the east, guests enjoy an amazing concert by The Bryan Titus Trio.

Atterdag Village Executive Director Chris Parker said, “The real stars of the evening were all the people who made this extraordinary event possible. We tip our hats and thank those who sponsored, donated to, supported, and attended the Atterdag Village second annual Harvest Party Fundraiser. Your generosity and commitment to our community are commendable, and we feel honored and blessed you chose to support Atterdag Village and this important cause.

The Atterdag Village retirement community has cared for seniors for over 72 years and supported home-bound seniors in the Santa Ynez Valley by providing meals to the Meals on Wheels Program for over 51 years. Through the newly established People-Who-Care Grants, our mission of enhancing the quality of lives of all seniors within our community continues.”
